The Americas

The Americas are perhaps the most varied of the World Showcase Pavilions, with landscapes ranging from the snowy north to the warm southern rain forests. The whole thing, however, is full of amazing experiences to make you feel like you've traveled across the continents!

In the Northern Forest region, you can take to the Grizzly Challenge Trail. This isn't just any other average walking trail though, it is full of adventure and obstacles. It's one of the most fun and interactive experiences you'll have at any theme park.

While your'e up north, be sure to visit the Old New York mini land, be sure to visit Newsies, a dark ride based on on the hit Disney film! Follow the story Cowboy and news boy friends as they fight for justice by going on strike. This timeless tale for sure will make the Americas visit that much more memorable.

If you travel a bit further south, however, you can come across Jungle Nights, an aerial tour through a South American rain forest. Explore the natural flora and fauna of the land as well as ancient historical ruins while riding in a gondola.

EUROPE

The Europe Pavilion is right next door to the Americas and offers unique shopping, dining, and entertainment across six different streets depicting major European Cities. Walk through an elegant London Square, or roam the streets of Berlin, visit Rome, Amsterdam, Barcelona, or take in the sights of Paris.

Eat at the Rose and Crown Pub in London Square, or see an architectural exhibit on the Street of Rome, shop in Amsterdam, drink in Berlin, or take in the music of Barcelona.

On the Parisian Street, take in the sights and sounds of musicians and artists that surround the path. Smell the amazing pastries from the bakery Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles. But at the end of the street, be sure not to miss The Bells of the Old World, housed in a replica of the Palais Garnier. This spectacular show, sister attraction to American Adventure in Disney's Epcot, showcases Audio-Animetronics celebrates the history of Europe in a 30 minute performance that is not to be missed!

ASIA

Asia is home to some of the most culturally immersive and authentic attractions in the entire park that are loads of fun to learn about- and be entertained by!

Similar to Maelstrom over at EPCOT Center in Walt Disney World, Chuánshuō tells the many iconic and epic stories that exist in Asian folklore. You can experience the adventure yourself in this boat-dark ride experience. And warning- there may or may not be a thrilling drop in this ride!

Chuánshuō winds in and out of buildings and the outdoor part of the pavilion itself, too. Whether you are riding the attraction or simply walking around the pavilion to take in the atmosphere, it's hard not to appreciate the beauty of it all.

There also exists another attraction in this land for the more thrill seeking among us. The Dragon is a suspended roller coaster, and the fastest one on property at that. Experience the legends of the ominous Chinese Dragon in a high-speed adventure through an ancient Chinese village and as it battles both mythical creatures and the elements through traditional Chinese folklore. [Cue scene of Tom boarding vehicle] I'm really scared right now, why am I doing this? Here we go...[screams with passionate fear]!!!

AFRICA

As the fourth and final of the World Showcase regions, Africa has a lot to offer in terms of interactive experiences and really making you immersed in their culture.

As of now, Kilimanjaro Safaris has got to be the closest thing to an actual safari experience that you can get! This simulation attraction is unlike any other that you've seen before- Board a safari vehicle with screens all around you! Using the beta version of the virtual infinity display technology currently being designed for future attractions (including at EPCOT Center!), it is one amazing time riding through the savannas and jungles. However, it's no easy ride, as poachers are threatening the animals. It's up to you and the driver to save the natural and beautiful animals of the African Safari!

In addition, out in the main "hub" of the land, there is lots of live entertainment, including authentic live music and street performances. The beauty and atmosphere of the pavilion takes you away from WestCOT and truly puts you in Africa.
